Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SearchAnyone website at searchanyone.app and the SearchAnyone service (the "Services"). By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Services are operated by VİSTA WAY TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("SearchAnyone", the "Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Türkiye with its registered office at BARBAROS MAH. LALE SK. AGAOGLU MY OFFICE NO: 2, İÇ KAPI NO: 13 34758 ATAŞEHİR, İSTANBUL, TÜRKİYE (vistaway.io). "SearchAnyone" is the brand under which the Services are offered and has no separate legal personality. Contact: support@searchanyone.app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Product support is provided by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Services. You must verify your email address and a mobile phone number before your first search.

3. What the Services are

SearchAnyone is public-information search software. You enter a phone number, an email address, a name or a photo, and the software organizes information from public and licensed sources into a report. Each item in a report shows its source, and each report shows a match-confidence label that describes how well the sources agree. Reports can be incomplete, out of date or about a different person; see Accuracy.

Photo check. When you upload a photo, the Services look for public web pages where that photo, or photos that look similar, appear, and list each possible match with its source link and a similarity label. A visual match is not proof that two photos show the same person. You may only upload photos you have the right to use. The photo is deleted after the check, and always within 1 day. Photo check is not available to customers in Illinois, Texas, Washington or Colorado.

The Services never provide access to private accounts, private messages, devices, passwords or other credentials, leaked records, or live location, and never show street addresses or information about minors.

4. Personal, informational use only. Not for FCRA purposes.

SearchAnyone is not a consumer reporting agency, and its reports are not "consumer reports" under the US Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use the Services or any report to make or support a decision about a person's eligibility for employment, housing or tenancy, credit, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar laws. You confirm this before every search, and we keep a record of that confirmation.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, dox or harm anyone, to locate a person who does not want to be found, to search for information about minors, or for any unlawful purpose. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or close accounts and cancel memberships that break these rules, and block the phone numbers, email addresses and payment profiles involved.

6. Memberships, Searches and add-ons

• Intro plan: $6.99 for the first 7 days, including 3 Searches. It then renews automatically at $29.99 per month, including 15 Searches per month, until you cancel.
• 3-month plan: $49.99 every 3 months, including 45 Searches, renewing automatically until you cancel.
• Top-ups: 10 Searches for $9.99 or 25 Searches for $19.99, one-time, valid for 12 months, available to members.
• Add-ons (one-time, active while your membership is active): Breach Check ($4.99) adds known data breaches an email address appeared in to email reports, and Self-Check Plus ($6.99) lets you search your own verified phone number and email address as often as once a day instead of once every 30 days, marking what is new since your last self-check. Breach information is limited to breach names, dates and the types of data exposed, from Have I Been Pwned; it never includes passwords or leaked records. Breach results are not available for every email address or region.
• Every search type uses 1 Search. A name search uses a Search only when you select a person from the list shown.
• If we cannot confidently identify anyone, or a data source fails, the Search returns to your balance automatically.
• Unused monthly Searches do not roll over. A Search is a usage allowance, not money or stored value: it has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• The price, renewal amount and renewal date are shown next to the payment button before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where Paddle must collect it.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership → Manage Subscription, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can get a full refund of any charge, for any reason, by asking within 14 days of that charge. See the Refund Policy.

8. Removal requests

Anyone can ask us to block their phone number, email address, or name and state from our results, free and without an account, at Remove my information.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disputes and arbitration (United States residents)

Please contact us first at support@searchanyone.app; most issues are resolved within a few days. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, and unless you opt out by emailing support@searchanyone.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, any dispute between you and the Company will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in English, by video conference or in your home county. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. You and the Company each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration or representative proceeding. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 10, and nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is unfavorable to you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before then.
