SearchAnyone is for personal, informational use: checking who's behind a number, email or profile before you engage. You may not use it to:
- Make or support decisions about employment, housing or tenancy, credit, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We are not a consumer reporting agency.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, dox or harm anyone, or find someone who doesn't want to be found.
- Search for information about minors.
- Monitor a partner, ex-partner or family member, or check up on someone covertly in a way that could put them at risk.
- Upload a photo you don't have the right to use, a photo of a minor, or a photo taken of someone without their knowledge in order to find out who they are.
- Resell, republish or bulk-collect results, or access the service with bots or scripts.
- Search a person who is a judge, prosecutor, law enforcement officer or other protected person in order to find where they live.
- Break any law.
How we enforce this
- Every search requires a confirmed purpose statement, logged with time and IP address.
- Accounts can run up to 10 searches a day and at most 2 reports on the same person.
- Repeated searches on the same person, or the same person searched by several accounts, are reviewed by a person.
- We can suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions and block the phone number, email and payment profile involved, and we cooperate with valid legal process.
