Refund and Cancellation Policy

14-day refunds

You can get a full refund of any charge (a membership payment, a renewal, a top-up or an add-on) for any reason by asking within 14 days of that charge. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@searchanyone.app. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Searches are never paid out as cash.

Automatic Search returns

If we cannot confidently identify anyone, or a data source fails, the Search goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Canceling

Cancel at any time from Settings → Membership → Manage Subscription, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. There are no cancellation fees and no extra steps. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Renewal reminders

On day 5 of the intro week we email you the date and amount of your first monthly payment ($29.99), with a link to cancel.
