This policy explains what personal information SearchAnyone collects, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. VİSTA WAY TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, BARBAROS MAH. LALE SK. 1. Information about our customers

• Account: your email address, your verified mobile number and sign-in records.
• Billing: Paddle, our merchant of record, processes payments. We receive your plan, payment status, and billing country and state. We never receive your full card number.
• Usage and safety: the searches you run, the purpose statement you confirm with each search (with time, IP address and version), your approximate region from your IP address, and technical data used to prevent abuse.
• Advertising measurement: if you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad click identifier, and we may send purchase events to the advertising platform with your email and phone number in hashed (one-way encoded) form.

2. What you search for

The phone number, email address or name you enter is stored encrypted and used only to run that search. Reports are deleted 30 days after they are created. We keep basic search records (type, time, a one-way fingerprint of the input, outcome and cost) and purpose statements for 24 months to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations.

3. Photos (Photo check)

A photo you upload is used for one Photo check. We read the file's camera, date and editing-software details and never its location data. To find possible matches, the photo is sent to our provider FaceCheck, which compares the faces in it with publicly available images on the web and returns links to similar-looking images. The photo is deleted at FaceCheck and from our storage right after the check, and our storage deletes every upload automatically within 1 day. We don't keep the photo, a face template or any other biometric identifier, and we don't use photos to train any system. Photo check is not offered to customers in Illinois, Texas, Washington or Colorado. Anyone who finds their images in our results can ask us to block them at Remove my information.

4. Information about people who are searched

Reports organize information from public web pages, public profiles, carrier lookups and a licensed public-information provider. We never show street addresses, information about minors, private messages or accounts, passwords or live location, and in some US states we do not show compiled data about residents at all. Anyone can block their information from our results, free, at Remove my information.

5. Service providers

• Paddle (payments, invoicing and sales tax)
• Cloudflare (hosting, file storage and bot protection) and Supabase (database and sign-in)
• Twilio (phone verification and carrier lookups)
• EnformionGO (licensed public-information data)
• Google Programmable Search (public web results)
• FaceCheck (Photo check: finds public web pages with similar-looking images)
• Have I Been Pwned (data breach metadata for Breach Check and self-checks)
• Resend (email delivery) and Meta (advertising measurement, hashed identifiers only)

We do not sell our customers' personal information.

6. Retention

Uploaded photos: deleted right after the check, always within 1 day. Reports: 30 days. Search records and purpose statements: 24 months. Account and billing records: for as long as you have an account and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Removal requests: indefinitely, so the removal keeps working.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your account information, ask us to correct it, or delete your account by emailing support@searchanyone.app. We honor these requests for every customer, and you may have additional rights under the law where you live. We respond within the time the law requires.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
